ORACLES 2017 Deployment

The ORACLES deployment for 2017 is now underway! Andrew from our group is currently stationed in São Tomé and Príncipe, where he is assisting in operating the Airborne Precipitation Radar (APR-3) aboard NASA's P-3 aircraft.
