Claire Pettersen and David Henderson win NASA New (Early Career) Investigator Program awards
Research Scientists Claire Pettersen and David Henderson, have been awarded funding through the NASA New (Early Career) Investigator Program. The two scientists will lead research programs over the next three years to investigate different ways of improving satellite-retrieved information about the impacts of snow and clouds. A description of their work can be found in the SSEC announcement. NASA received 238 proposals to the New Investigator Program in Earth Science and selected 38 for funding. Congrats, Claire and David!
